Heather is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth (BA, French and Marketing) and Lesley University (MA, Intercultural Relations, focus on International Education). For over 20 years, she has been focused on operations and student development in a variety of educational environments. When not spending time with amazing Croft students, Heather works at Showa Boston Institute for Language and Culture, where she manages the residential operations and campus life for over 200 students from Japan who are learning English and American culture in Boston. Heather lives in JP with her family and new rescue dog, and can often be found baking in the kitchen, going for long walks, or trying out a new arts and crafts project.
