Emmie graduated from Providence College with a degree in Health Policy Management. After school she worked at a medical imaging software company in Boston. She took a break to live in Costa Rica for a winter and work at a raw vegan yoga retreat. That experience solidified her love of health and movement which inspired her to become a nurse. Her passion is in preventative medicine which she shares through healthy lifestyle choices and thoughtful movement. Prior to the Croft school she worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and in a small integrative medicine practice. When she is not chasing her 11 month old daughter around you can find her taking long walks with her big Bernadoodle around Castle Island, visiting her family back in Ireland or by the beach in her hometown on Cape Cod.
