Genoveva is a native Spanish speaker who grew up in Madrid, Spain before moving to Massachusetts. She has worked in a variety of settings which include public, charter, private and alternative schools. Additionally, she has been a yoga instructor in the community and at various schools. With her passion to travel and provide hands-on learning experiences, Genoveva has developed and led international service projects for students in Kenya, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. In her free time, Genoveva loves to garden.
