Lisa Sander

1st Grade Lead Teacher


Lisa is a passionate educator who is excited to join the Croft School team. She holds degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology from Keene State College in Keene, NH. Lisa has worked in education for the last eight years, in roles including paraprofessional, after-school program leader, summer camp director, and classroom teacher. She has taught Kindergarten for six years, both in New Hampshire and in Massachusetts. From her time as a Kindergarten teacher, Lisa appreciates the importance of building relationships with students and fostering community in the classroom. Lisa believes that every day of learning is an adventure, and is excited to bring her positivity to first grade! In her free time, Lisa loves to run, ski, and spend time outdoors. Lisa is also looking forward to exploring Boston and traveling on the “T.”
