Marietje Halbertsma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from the Netherlands and was trained as a Waldorf curative educator. For the past thirty-five years she has worked with young children as classroom teacher in a daycare, and leading community art workshops. For twenty of those years she worked in the Boston Public Schools as librarian and in classrooms with children with autism.
