Natalya is excited to be the founding Director of Operations at The Croft School: Jamaica Plain. Natalya comes to Croft most recently as Director of Operations in Residence at a local Boston school; however, she has worked in education in several capacities in the city of Boston, expanding from preschool to higher education. Whether she is designing spaces that spark joy and curiosity or helping students navigate the college application process, Natalya's mission always in education is to ensure students are given access to resources and are provided opportunities to explore their intellectual and creative selves to define their success. In her free time, Natalya enjoys singing, finding the best deals at various clothing stores, and traveling with her husband.
